Most clients describe it as a quick snap, like a rubber band against the skin. Many of our clients, including those with a low pain tolerance, are surprised at how comfortable it is. Underarms take seconds, the Brazilian is done in sections, and it usually gets easier each session as hair thins out.
One session starts the process. You'll see shedding in 1 to 3 weeks, but long lasting reduction usually takes about 6 sessions because hair grows in cycles and the laser only catches the hairs in the active growth phase. Tammy will recommend a plan at your visit.
Typically every 4 to 6 weeks for the Brazilian and underarms. Tammy times your sessions to your hair growth cycle and sets your schedule at your first visit.
We use Candela Laser Technology, and every treatment plan is customized to your skin type. Laser works best on hair that is darker than the surrounding skin. Very light blonde, red, gray, or white hair usually doesn’t respond well. Not sure? Call us at (949) 446-9924 before you book.
Shave the area 24 hours before your appointment. Avoid waxing, plucking, or threading for at least 4 weeks prior, since laser needs the root in place. Skip tanning, spray tans, and self tanner for 2 weeks before. Arrive with clean skin and no lotions or deodorant on the treated areas.
Absolutely. Treatments happen in a private room, and Tammy keeps you covered and comfortable the entire time. Clients often tell us they arrived nervous and left relaxed.
Your $169 intro session covers a full Brazilian and underarms in one visit, performed personally by Tammy. It includes a skin and hair assessment, custom Candela laser settings for your skin and hair, and aftercare guidance.

No. The intro session is yours whether or not you continue. If you'd like to keep going, Tammy lays out a plan at your visit — and if you start a full package within 30 days, your $169 is credited toward it. Completely up to you.
